Delivery
We have built up a unique and diverse range of products, each product has different production requirements, therefore this effects the delivery time. Updates are frequently made on the site to provide the consumer with up to date information on stock levels. Our service will aim do its utmost to deliver its goods in the shortest time possible, if an item is in stock this will usually be within 1-2 weeks. Variances will occur depending on where individual products are in the manufacturing and supply chain. We will aim to deliver products within 6-8 weeks but no later than 10-12 weeks for pieces that are at the beginning of the manufacturing and supply chain. When the piece is ready for delivery The Home Delivery Group will ring and make an appointment giving a day and a 2 hour window. The delivery drivers will call on the day of the delivery and give a 1 hour notice. They deliver to a room of the customer’s choice, unwrap the piece and position the furniture in the desired choice of the customer leaving a satisfied customer. Non Furniture items will be sent by courier, all packages will require a signature upon delivery. If the first and any subsequent delivery attempt is unsuccessful, a charge of £5.00 per consignment will be raised for each such delivery attempt. The consignment will be returned to TMPC Ultd after 5 working days from the due date of delivery if further delivery instructions are not received. Delivery CostsDelivery costs that are included on our website are for home delivery anywhere within the UK mainland. A Map below indicates the different carriage regions for non furniture items.
Furniture Delivery We deliver thorough the UK and Northern Ireland, there are deliveries scheduled every six weeks to Ireland, please contact for a carriage charge. There is an increased surcharge for those, north of Edinburgh, with special carriage needing to be arranged for those in the Highlands. There is also a surcharge for those in coastal regions of North, South Wales and coastal regions of South West of England. If ordering furniture and non furniture items please select the specialist band as described above in the furniture delivery section above, as shown in the map below or alternatively purchase items separately for the cheapest method of delivery.
